What is ketamine therapy?

Ketamine is a fast-acting medicine that can help people with depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
At our clinic, it’s given through a small IV while you relax in a private room.
Most clients do a series of 6 sessions over 2–3 weeks.

What is Spravato®?

Spravato® is an FDA-approved nasal spray made from esketamine (part of the ketamine molecule).
It’s used for depression that hasn’t improved with other medications.
It’s covered by most insurance, and you stay in the clinic for 2 hours after each treatment.

What is TMS therapy?

TMS stands for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
It’s a non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to wake up parts of the brain involved in mood.
It’s FDA-approved, painless, and was traditionally done 5 days a week for 6 weeks.

We use the Exomind device from BTL, one of the most advanced options available. The Exomind only needs 6 treatment sessions!


Do you accept insurance?

We work with insurance for:

  • Spravato® (pre-authorization required)

  • TMS therapy (pre-authorization required)

Ketamine infusions and concierge services are not typically covered by insurance.
We can provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

How fast do treatments work?

Many patients begin to feel improvement:

  • After the first 1–3 ketamine sessions

  • Within 1–2 weeks of Spravato®

  • By the third week of TMS therapy

Everyone is different, but we track your progress closely and adjust as needed.

Where are you located?

We are based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota.
We offer in-clinic treatments as well as telemedicine services for clients in Minnesota, Florida, Arizona, and North Dakota.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required.
You can contact us directly and we’ll walk you through your options.

Can I drive after treatment?

  • After ketamine or Spravato®: No, you’ll need a ride home.

  • After TMS: Yes, you can drive and return to normal activity right away.

  • Concierge visits are virtual — no travel needed.

Is this private?

Yes. Your care is 100% confidential.
We do not list provider names publicly and protect your privacy at every step.
